Together, we will navigate various aspects of caregiving, combining mindful movement, restorative rest, and positive psychology to support you as the family caregiver on this journey.

I offer in person compassionate care approach for your loved one, that brings a sense of ease and relief of the symptoms caused by illness.

This includes:

movement: in bed, a chair, or standing.

restorative: supported positions, breath awareness, soft touch healing.

meditation: become familiar with present moment and self.


We will collaborate on what is needed for the loved one as well as you the caregiver and keep clear communication on all aspects of the journey.
