Born and raised in California with Mexican heritage, Menna Olvera is a dedicated self-care advocate, Prepare to Care(give) coach, Functional Medicine Health coach, and yoga teacher. Menna’s broad expertise in meditation, yoga, restorative yoga, essential oils, reiki, theta healing, palliative care and functional health coaching allows her to tailor personalized sessions. Over the past 15 years, she has cultivated a strong network of loyal private clients.

MISSION:

Her mission is to provide authentic support to clients, students, and patients, integrating life experience and extensive study to deepen the understanding of human wellness.


EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:

As an Urban Zen Integrative Therapist, Menna led and piloted programs at health facilities such as Care Rite Centers across the Tristate area and Northwell Health in Long Island in addition she was lead mentor in Urban Zen Integrative therapy trainings. In her role as Program Director, she trained healthcare professionals in the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy modalities at facilities like UCLA Health. During the pandemic, Menna played a key role in advancing the Urban Zen mission to support caregivers, collaborating with Young Living Oils to provide resources to hospitals nationwide.

Menna's diverse skill set spans across multiple fields, all of which contribute to her holistic approach. As the co-founder of One Route Media, she brings extensive experience in directing and media production, along with a strong aptitude for operational administration, which supports her practice in meditation, yoga, restorative yoga, essential oils, reiki, theta healing, Urban Zen Integrative Therapy, and Functional Medicine Health Coaching. She holds certifications in the Science of Wellbeing, Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Urban Zen Integrative Therapy, Theta Healing, the G.R.A.C.E. program with Roshi Joan Halifax, and Functional Medicine Health Coaching.
