Born and raised in California to Mexican heritage, Menna Olvera is a dedicated self-care advocate, Prepare to Care(give) coach, Functional Medicine Health coach, and Yoga teacher.
As an Urban Zen Integrative Therapist, Menna led and piloted programs at health facilities such as Care Rite Centers across the New York Tristate area and Northwell Health in Long Island. She served as lead mentor for students during Urban Zen Integrative Therapy trainings.
Later stepping into the Program Director role, she trained healthcare professionals in the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy modalities at facilities like UCLA Health. During the pandemic, Menna played a key role in advancing the Urban Zen mission to support caregivers, collaborating with Young Living Oils to provide resources to hospitals nationwide.
Menna's diverse skill set spans across multiple fields, all of which contribute to her holistic approach. As a co-founder of One Route Media, she brings extensive experience in directing and media production, which supports her wellness practice.
She holds certifications in the Science of Wellbeing, Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Urban Zen Integrative Therapy, Theta Healing, the G.R.A.C.E. program with Roshi Joan Halifax, and Functional Medicine Health Coaching.
Menna works with individuals and families, whether they are healthy or unwell, to provide comfort by employing various methods tailored to their needs. This assistance may include Yoga practices (adaptable for bed, chair, or standing positions), Restorative yoga, Gentle Touch, Reiki, Essential oils, Meditation, Attentive Listening, Theta Healing, Palliative Care, Coaching in Functional Medicine, and Prepare to Care(give). Over the past 15 years, she has cultivated a strong network of loyal private clients as she continues to work cultivating her methods.
